Every ringgit you play at ac69 counts. Our VIP Rewards Programme is designed to recognise your loyalty with daily rebates, upgrade bonuses, weekly cashback, exclusive festive gifts, and priority member services you won't find anywhere else.
The higher your tier, the greater the rewards waiting for you. Upgrade automatically based on your playing activity.
Upgrades happen automatically once your cumulative deposits reach the threshold for the next tier. No manual application needed.
The illustration above shows a sample progression. Check your ac69 account for your actual status.
More than just rebates – the ac69 VIP program delivers a different kind of playing experience from start to finish.
Every day you play, your rebate is calculated automatically based on your total wager amount — not just your losses. It's credited to your account every morning with no manual claim required.
Every Monday, your net losses from the previous week are calculated and cashback is credited based on your VIP tier. This is ac69's commitment to ensuring there's always something in return for you each week.
VIP members enjoy faster withdrawal processing. Diamond VIP withdrawals are processed in under 1 minute, while Gold VIP withdrawals take just 3 minutes — no long waits.
Your birthday will never pass unnoticed at ac69. VIP members receive exclusive credit bonuses for their birthday, Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Hari Raya Aidiladha, and other major Malaysian celebrations.
From Gold tier and above, you get a personal account manager reachable directly via WhatsApp or Telegram. Support that knows your name and your account history – not a bot.
VIP members enjoy higher daily deposit limits and enhanced withdrawal limits. Diamond VIP members have no maximum withdrawal cap – complete financial freedom to manage your funds.
Every time you reach a new VIP tier, a credit bonus is instantly credited to your account – from RM 50 for Bronze all the way to RM 2,000 for Diamond. No claim required.
Diamond VIP members receive exclusive invitations to special events hosted by ac69 from time to time. These include VIP events tied to the football season and national celebrations.
On top of the promotions available to all members, ac69 VIPs get access to exclusive offers that aren't publicly listed — enhanced odds, special free bets, and tailored deposit deals.
Compare all tiers and understand the true value of each VIP level upgrade.

There are many types of bonuses you can enjoy as an ac69 VIP member throughout the year.
Done playing for the day? By the next morning, your rebate will already be in your account — automatically. No need to contact anyone or fill in any forms. ac69 handles everything for you.
Every Monday, the ac69 system automatically calculates your net losses from the previous week and sends cashback based on your VIP tier. Start each new week with a stronger balance.
Hit a new deposit milestone? Your upgrade bonus lands in your balance right away. From RM 50 for Bronze to RM 2,000 for Diamond – every upgrade is a small celebration with ac69.
AC69 remembers your special occasions. Birthday bonuses are credited automatically on your birthday, while Hari Raya, Deepavali, and other Malaysian festive bonuses are given to active VIP members each year.
VIP Gold members and above receive odds enhancement notifications for selected football matches, Malaysia Super League, and EPL fixtures. Bet at higher value than regular players on the same matches.
On top of rebates and cashback, VIP members also receive free bet credits for sports and free spins for selected slots every week. It's a great opportunity to explore new games or new markets without any added risk.
There is one thing that sets regular players apart from those who truly feel valued in the world of online gambling – and that is a rewards program that is fair, transparent, and genuinely delivers value. At ac69, we believe every loyal member deserves more than just access to games. They deserve recognition, privileges, and rewards they can genuinely feel.
Program ac69 VIP Rewards was designed not as a promotional gimmick – it is a fully functional membership system that delivers real, everyday value to active members. The foundation is straightforward: the more you play at ac69, the more you get back. This is not just motivational language – it is a mechanic we have built directly into the platform.
Let's talk about the most immediately rewarding component, which is daily rebate. On many other platforms, rebates are only given when you lose. At ac69, rebates are calculated based on your total wager amount — not just your losses. This means even on a winning day, your rebate is still calculated and credited to your account the next morning. For Diamond VIP members, the rebate rate reaches up to 1.5% of total wagers — and when you're playing slots at high stakes, that figure can add up to a very meaningful amount every week.
Another feature that's hugely popular among ac69 members is weekly cashback. Every Monday, our system calculates your net losses over the previous seven days and automatically sends cashback based on your VIP tier. For Diamond members, this means up to RM 2,000 per week that can be used to keep playing or withdrawn straight away. It is a financial safety net that ensures every week starts with a renewed sense of momentum.
The VIP tier upgrade process at ac69 is fully automatic. No application forms, no waiting for approval. Once your cumulative deposits cross the required threshold, our system detects the change instantly and upgrades your account on the spot — with the upgrade bonus credited right away. For example, when you move from Silver to Gold, a RM 300 bonus will appear in your balance within seconds of hitting the RM 8,000 threshold.
For those who reach Gold tier and above, personal VIP account manager is one of the most valued benefits of all. Imagine having someone at ac69 who actually knows you personally – familiar with your favourite games, aware of your account history, and reachable directly via WhatsApp or Telegram at any time. This is not generic customer support. It is a genuinely personalised service, and it is a big part of what makes the ac69 experience truly different.
For payouts, all ac69 VIP rewards can be used to play or withdrawn via supported Malaysia payment methods – Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. Withdrawals for VIP members are prioritised, with Diamond members receiving processing in under 1 minute. No excessive wagering requirements on rebate and cashback rewards – check the Terms & Conditions for full details.
Finally, the ac69 VIP programme also includes rewards tied to Malaysia's most important festive occasions — celebrations that matter deeply to our community. During Hari Raya Aidilfitri, Hari Raya Aidiladha, Chinese New Year, and Deepavali, active VIP members receive special bonuses credited automatically. This is ac69's way of celebrating alongside its members — because we're not just a platform, we're part of your life.
AC69 is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all VIP members. Your personal data, account information, and transaction records are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption and are never shared with any third party without your consent. By joining the ac69 VIP Rewards program, you agree to Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions our full.
Joining the ac69 VIP program requires no special application. The more active you are, the faster you move up.
If you do not have an account yet, register for free. The process takes under 2 minutes. New accounts start outside the VIP program by default – Bronze is unlocked once your cumulative deposits reach RM 500.
Deposit using any supported local Malaysian payment method. Every deposit you make counts toward your cumulative deposit total — whether you're playing slots, sports, or Live Casino, it all adds up.
No application needed. When your cumulative deposits reach the threshold for a new VIP tier, the ac69 system upgrades you instantly and credits your upgrade bonus automatically.
Rebates are credited every morning; cashback every Monday. Track your VIP status and reward history under the "VIP Account" section on the ac69 platform.
A few important clarifications to help you get the most out of your VIP rewards.
Real experiences from the ac69 VIP community – in their own words.
Being a VIP member doesn't mean reduced responsibility limits. AC69 provides tools to ensure your gaming experience stays safe and enjoyable at all times.
While VIP members enjoy higher deposit limits, you can still set your own personal limits within your ac69 account settings. Your personal limit takes precedence over the platform limit if you choose to set one.
The VIP Program is not meant to push you into playing longer than you planned. Enable session time reminders in the ac69 app to stay in control.
VIP members may request a temporary self-exclusion without losing their VIP status. Speak with your personal VIP manager for the options that suit you best.
There are no exceptions to the minimum age requirement, including for the VIP program. AC69 enforces strict age verification during registration without compromise.
