AC69 is more than a betting platform. We are a community of Malaysian sports and entertainment enthusiasts built on three pillars: trust, value, and a genuinely satisfying user experience. Learn more about who we are, what we stand for, and why hundreds of thousands of members continue to trust ac69 day after day.
There are plenty of online betting and casino platforms out there. But if you ask which one was truly built with a deep understanding of Malaysian users' needs, habits and expectations – the answer is ac69. Not because we say so, but because that's what over 500,000 of our registered members show us every day through their choice to stay on this platform.
The ac69 journey began with a simple premise: Malaysians deserve a truly world-class online sports betting and casino platform — not one that merely "gets the job done". We recognised that Malaysia's sports fan community is among the most knowledgeable and passionate in Southeast Asia. They know the Liga Super Malaysia and the EPL inside out. They wake up early to catch Wimbledon. They take pride when Lee Zii Jia wins at All England. They deserve a platform that respects their love of sport.
From day one, ac69 has focused on three core principles. First, truly comprehensive sports coverage – not just football and cricket, but also badminton, tennis, basketball, motorsport, e-sports and over 25 other categories that all have established fan bases in Malaysia. Second, competitive odds – our low house margins mean you get better value on every bet you place, not just on large wagers. Third, a seamless platform experience from start to finish – from easy registration and instant deposits via Touch 'n Go or DuitNow, to winnings withdrawals processed within 5 minutes, hassle-free.
Beyond Sports Betting, ac69 also offers a full online casino experience. Slots from world-leading providers, Live Casino tables with real dealers broadcast in real time, number games such as roulette and baccarat, plus other innovative games continuously updated in line with industry developments. For slots enthusiasts, the selection exceeds 500 titles from established, long-trusted providers – these are not generic no-name slots.
One aspect that sets ac69 from most competitors is our commitment to security and integrity. Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all communications and transactions. Your account information and personal data are never shared with any third party without your explicit consent. Our payment systems use methods that are fully legitimate and recognised in Malaysia – Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. No hidden fees, no deliberately delayed withdrawals – that is ac69's operational promise.
The ac69 VIP Programme is one of the most valued benefits among our loyal members. Five membership tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — each with distinct perks including daily rebates, weekly cashback, upgrade bonuses, birthday gifts, and access to a personal VIP account manager. Most importantly, your VIP tier never drops — once you reach Gold, you stay at Gold or higher for life. This is ac69's concrete recognition of member loyalty.
We believe betting is a form of entertainment — just like going to the cinema, attending a concert, or playing video games. It should be fun, controlled, and never a burden. That's why ac69 invests heavily in responsible gaming tools — personal deposit limits, session time reminders, temporary self-exclusion, and 24-hour support for anyone who needs help. We don't offer these tools as a formality — we actively encourage our members to use them.
The ac69 community today reflects the values we've held since day one. We're with members in Johor Bahru, Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Kuching, Kota Kinabalu and every corner of Malaysia. We're there with you during Malaysia Super League matches on Saturday nights, EPL fixtures on Sunday mornings, the Malaysia Open badminton tournament and every winning moment you share with friends. AC69 is more than just an app or a website – it's become part of how Malaysians enjoy the sports they love.
To provide the most trusted, most competitively valued and easiest-to-use online Sports Betting and entertainment platform for Malaysian users – while ensuring every member plays in a safe, responsible and enjoyable environment.
To be the first and only platform Malaysian sports fans and entertainment seekers consider when they want to bet or play online – not because there are no other options, but because ac69 genuinely offers the best overall value.
AC69 is committed to protecting every member's privacy. All personal data, account information, and transaction records are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption. We do not share or sell your information to any third party. By using the ac69 platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions us.
Not just claims — these are real features you can experience for yourself from day one.
Ac69's house margins are among the lowest in Malaysia. That means every time you win, you receive a larger payout compared to platforms with higher margins. Over time, that difference adds up to a very significant amount.

All local Malaysian payment methods are accepted — Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, FPX, and more. Deposits are processed instantly; winnings are withdrawn in under 5 minutes. No excuses, no deliberate delays.
